Taobao Hong Kong has announced the launch of the product return service named "Tuihuobao" in the Hong Kong market along with the resumption of the SF Express door-to-door delivery service. Users who purchase items labeled with "Support Hong Kong Returns" and "Tuihuobao" can now enjoy a waiver on the return shipping fee for the first kilogram, namely a reduction of RMB16, when returning through Cainiao Stations.
