The Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Construction of a Unified and Open Transportation Market was released. The Opinion confirms the deepening of the reform of the system and mechanism of industries like railroads, highways, waterways, civil aviation and postal services, and the improvement of the system and rules, promoting the coordination of cross-regional layout of transportation, cross-modal convergence, cross-domain integrated development and the formation of a unified and open transportation market, in order to enhance the efficiency of integrated transportation, accelerate the construction of a great transportation power and provide a solid guarantee.
