KUNLUN ENERGY (00135.HK) announced that in order to deepen the strategic cooperation between CNPC and China Petrochemical Corporation and to optimize the shareholding structure of the company, CNPC has transferred 128 million shares of the company (representing approximately 1.48% of the entire issued share capital) held by Fairy King Investments Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CNPC, to a designated wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petrochemical Corporation. Prior to the transfer, CNPC held in aggregate 4.981 billion shares of KUNLUN ENERGY, representing around 57.53% of the total issued share capital. As of yesterday (23rd), CNPC held in aggregate 4.853 billion shares of KUNLUN ENERGY, representing approximately 56.05% of the total issued share capital. China Petrochemical Corporation held 128 million shares of KUNLUN ENERGY through its designated wholly-owned subsidiary, representing approximately 1.48% of the total issued share capital.
