Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor has submitted a main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities as the sole sponsor.

Preliminary prospectus information reveals that Tianyu Semiconductor is a supplier of silicon carbide epitaxial wafers for semiconductor materials, primarily providing products to clients engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of semiconductor chips and other related products.
