KINGSOFT CLOUD issued and sold to the underwriters an aggregate of 17.3 million Firm ADSs at US$11.27 per Firm ADS, equivalent to $5.83 per share, representing a discount of 8.76% to yesterday (16th)'s closing price of $6.39, and a total of 18 million Offer Shares at $5.83 per Offer Share. Controlling shareholder KINGSOFT (03888.HK) will subscribe for 69.375 million new shares of KINGSOFT CLOUD at $5.83 per share. The capital raised ranges from $2.021 billion to $2.264 billion.
