Chinese developers elevated, with R&F PROPERTIES (02777.HK) and SEAZEN (01030.HK) rallying 9.8% and 9.2%. SUNAC (01918.HK) and YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) escalated over 7%, while KWG GROUP (01813.HK), CIFI HOLD GP (00884.HK), LONGFOR GROUP (00960.HK) and SINO-OCEAN GP (03377.HK) mushroomed over 6%.
