Adrian Cheng Resigns from Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Board in End-Jun, Steps Down from All Positions w/ Wife Jennifer Yu

Adrian Cheng officially resigned as Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Vice Chairman of NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) on July 1, 2025, Ming Pao reported, citing information from the Companies Registry.

On June 30, Cheng also stepped down as a director of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, the controlling shareholder of NWD, and, together with his wife, Jennifer Yu, as a director of CTF Education. The couple has now completely relinquished all positions in Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and its listed subsidiaries.
