In August, NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK)'s shopping mall, K11 MUSEA, recorded its highest monthly foot traffic since its opening. Average tourist spending per transaction also rose by about 30% YoY throughout the summer holiday. According to the group, a series of events at K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall since early July lifted overall foot traffic in August by around 20% YoY.
