Morgan Stanley issued a research report believing that GOLDWIND (02208.HK)'s stock price will experience an absolute decline in the next 15 days. China announced the cancellation of a 50% VAT refund for onshore wind power projects starting 1 November 2025, while the refund for offshore wind power will be retained until 31 December 2027, the broker noted. Considering the Company's increasing overseas business exposure and moderate recovery in gross profit margin, Morgan Stanley kept rating at Equalweight for GOLDWIND.
