Macau's GGR for the first 19 days of October may approximate at MOP14.85 billion, which suggested that the daily run-rate over the past two weeks is about MOP668 million, Citi said in a research report, citing industry data. Another set of data showed that VIP volumes expanded by approximately 33-36% MoM, while Mass GGR grew by about 30-33% MoM, and the VIP hold rate appears to be above normal levels. The broker expected that concerts by Travis Scott and Kwon Eun-bi at Galaxy Macau will continue to woo crowds and support overall GGR growth. To reflect the latest trends in GGR, the broker slightly raised its October GGR forecast from MOP22 billion to MOP22.5 billion, implying GGR to average about MOP638 million a day for the rest of the month.
