Our CEO
Edmond Choi ( CEO of AASTOCKS.COM LIMITED )
Edmond Choi joined AASTOCKS in April 2000, when the Company was established, being responsible for the entire computer information system design, as well as construction and maintenance of the Company’s financial products. Apart from leading the computer system team, he took the helm as the Senior Director of Product and Technology, steering the computer software development team, and engaging in product R&D, planning, market positioning as well as quality management. Under his leadership, the Company successfully launched numberless innovative financial products: web-based real-time stock market analytic terminal QuoteWinner, installable professional analytic terminal AASTOCKS2007, first professional financial App AASTOCKS Market+ for iPhone, stock information website aastocks.com, and more, serving hundreds of financial institutions and hundreds of thousands of retail investors around the globe.
Assuming the role of CEO in 2010, Mr. Choi not only carries forward his past successful experience as the Head of Product R&D and Technology, but also directs the comprehensive operation and management, strategic planning and long-term development. Since his CEO role, Mr. Choi has been leading the company to keep hitting the market with innovative products, such as financial Apps for Android platform and financial product comparison platform.
To extend its FinTech presence globally, the Company acquired DZH Financial Research Co. Ltd (formerly known as T & C Financial Research) in November 2012. It is a Japan-based company, providing financial information of Japan, Hong Kong, mainland bourses as well as global forex to the investors in Japan, harnessing innovative computing technology. Moreover, the Company acquired DZH International Pte Ltd (formerly known as Solutions Lab Pte Ltd) in January 2014. It is a Singapore-based company, providing high performance and innovative analytic tools and trading platform solutions to the investors in Singapore and Malaysia, through the self-developed stock market analytic and trading terminals and applications.
